Luxury Division uses only its preferred shippers, selected by us depending on where in the world an item is coming from or going to. Every item is precious and Luxury Division makes every effort to ensure that items arrive at their destination in perfect condition.
If an item is not received intact, has been tampered with or damaged in transit then please contact us immediately by email or by telephone. Luxury Division will liaise with the shipping company and investigate to try to resolve the problem as quickly and smoothly as possible.
When an item is consigned to Luxury Division it is the responsibility of the owner of the item to insure and ship the item to us at the owner’s expense.
