Refund and Returns Policy
Luxury Division trusts that everyone
will be delighted when purchasing an item for themselves or for others.
However, occasionally an item may need to be returned and the Luxury
Division returns policy is as follows:
- Items must be returned to
Luxury Division within 14 DAYS
from the date received by you. (some items will have a seven day return
policy and this will be stated at the time of purchase).
- Customers must contact Luxury
Division Customer Service within THREE days of receipt of any
item(s) by email (tbc) or telephone on (tbc) when a Return Merchandise
Number will be given
- The item(s) must be returned
together with the original sales invoice
- Any item(s) that is to be
returned to Luxury Division for whatever reason is to at the expense
of the purchaser
- The item(s) must be returned,
unused, and in the same condition that it was when it was shipped to
the purchaser. Merchandise that has been used or damaged or altered
in any way then be subject to a legal claim against the purchaser by
Luxury Division.
- Any item that was sent with
a Luxury Division security tag must have the tag still attached and
unaltered. Do not attempt to remove the security tag unless you
are sure you do not wish to return the item and this has been verified
by Luxury Division.
- Refunds will be given for
100% of the purchase price. Refunds outside the European Union
do not include any shipping or insurance costs incurred by Luxury Division
nor costs the buyer incurs either receiving or returning any item.
- International refunds do
not include customs or import duties, brokerage fees or taxes paid by
Luxury Division in shipping the item to the purchaser.
- Any items(s) returned from
outside the European Union will be subject to a 5% restocking fee to
cover Luxury Division payment processing fees.
- Refunds can be made to the
credit card used for the purchase. Wire transfer payments can
be refunded by wire transfer or by Luxury Division cheque. Luxury
Division aims to make prompt refund payments and customers will receive
email confirmation once a refund has been made.
- Gifts purchased from Luxury
Division can be exchanged for another item or Luxury Division will issue
a credit for the purchase amount valid for 90 days from the original
date of purchase.
